When will order ship?
Your purchase will leave our facility and go into transit to you within 24-48 business hours after payment has been received and/or cleared. You will receive email shipment notice with shipping details.

What are the shipping methods?
Preferred shipping methods at our discretion are either USPS with Delivery Confirmation, UPS or FedEx Ground Service. Proof of shipping is always available upon request.

How long before I receive my order?
Depending on the destination, most orders within the US should arrive within 3-7 business days and international orders within 7-14 business days. If you need the order sooner, please email us for express shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?
YES, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. Please use the shipping calculator (next to the item picture) to determine shipping costs and options. The most economical international shipping carrier is United States Postal Service. Global Priority Mail (arrives in 3-5 days) and Air Mail (arrives in 7-14 days). Optional Registered Service (when available) is offered for an additional $10 in addition to postage. Registered option provides extra security and limited indemnity protection – coverage and availability depends on country. We do adhere to customs delcarations guidelines. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

What is your return policy?
MOST SALES ARE FINAL PLEASE look carefully and DO NOT HESITATE to email with ANY concerns or questions because: Due to the Sensitive Nature of Our Products and for Hygienic Reasons: (With the exception of non-perishable and non-consumable type products) SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Final Sale No Return or Exchange Policy applies to and is not limited to: Personal, health, skin, body care products and candles. Melted candles are not returnable. We cannot be held responsible for melted candles. We take every precaution against melting; however weather and where the package is left is beyond our control. We will ship candles Monday thru Wednesday only and hand deliver package to the shipping company. Please check shipping status with tracking number provided to make acceptance or pick-up arrangements. If you cannot be home for delivery, PLEASE have your shipping carrier keep your package at local shipping carrier until you can pick it up. Although all sales are final, we want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have a legitimate complaint/problem please email asap for a solution. Sometimes we will have an exception to Final Sale No Return or Exchange Policy and we will note this exception with item description and your order will contain return instructions as well. If exception applies and you need to return item, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving your order. We prefer that you return item in the original packaging and item must be in the same condition it was shipped to you. We will not process the return if item has been used, accidentally damaged or tampered with. To avoid shipping problems, we recommend that you return the package via a traceable and trackable method. Upon receipt, we will refund your purchase price by original payment method minus shipping fees. We will email you asap to let you know that return has been processed. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Payment and/or contact with payment intention is expected immediately after purchase. If we do not receive payment or communication from you, order is subject to cancellation without notice. We prefer and accept PayPal and Google Checkout.

We do not sell knock offs or imitations. Our products are 100% authentic. All the products we sell are new, unused, untested and in full condition. They are 100% authentically who and what we state they are. None of our item(s) are testers nor have they been tested. If anything differs from Brand Spanking New, we WILL clearly disclose it.

How are products stored?
Our products are stored in climate controlled, smoke-free, pet-free facility. Fragrances and candles, as well as our other products, are stored away from direct heat and light. Original product integrity is never altered or tampered with.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you experience buyer’s remorse before your purchase leaves our facility, you can cancel your order. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will void your purchase and refund your original method of payment. Even if you have not paid and have changed your mind about your purchase, please let us know so that we do not hold the product(s) for you.

We Go Green As Much As We Can!
We reuse, recycle and reserve! Paper invoice, packing slip, etc. are not included in package. If you need one, please contact us or include your request with payment. Shipping and tracking details are always sent electronically directly to your email address. We recycle packaging and shipping materials.

YES, OF COURSE!! We always include an assortment of samples with your order. If you have a preference as to a category – skin care, hair care, bath & body or fragrance - please email us or include a note with your payment. Sample brands are up to our discretion and we usually try to select something relevant to your purchase. The amount of samples varies – the more you order, the more samples! Every month we have a discounted mystery $10 item. Seek and you shall find this hidden item. From time to time, we have coupons code promotions.
